My Story

I am Chilean, and my journey has been a constant search for balance between my professional, family, and spiritual life. I began my studies in Sociology and later shifted towards Commercial Engineering in Chile. In 1999, I moved to Barcelona as part of a university exchange, where I studied Business Administration at the University of Barcelona (ADE). Later, I decided to follow my passion for cooking and trained as a Culinary Chef at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo de Sant Ignasi Sarriá.

My career as a chef led me to work in prestigious places like the Hilton and the Hotel Florida in Barcelona, as well as in various restaurants, collaborating with Michelin-starred chefs such as Jean Luis Neichel and Jean Luc Figueras.

In 2014, I decided to embark on a new path by founding Salsa Verde, a catering company offering fresh, organic, and healthy food. Since then, I have worked throughout Spain and even internationally, providing unique gastronomic experiences for film shoots, events, and photo sessions, as well as private chef services and team-building activities. Salsa Verde is based on the philosophy of harmony with nature, and connecting with local suppliers is key to our work.

But my quest for balance and growth hasn’t been limited to my professional life. Since 2012, I have followed the Red Path of the Shamanic Tradition of America under the FSI (Sacred Fire of Itzalilatlan). I completed my 13-day vision quest commitment and am currently a temazcalero and a member of the Vision Quest Council in Ibiza and Bolbaite (Valencia). Through this experience of fasting and overcoming my limits, I have gained deep insights that I now offer to my clients, helping them face their own challenges and find inner peace.

In 2024, Dorothee and I took the next step in our journey by becoming certified Mindvalley coaches. I specialized in Life Coaching, combining my experience in cooking, well-being, and spirituality to help my clients transform their lives through an integral approach.

What would I tell my younger self with all the knowledge and experience I have gained today?

With all I have learned, I would tell my younger self: Do not be afraid to trust your own potential. The power to transform your life lies within you, and it all starts by taking the first step toward positive change.
I would also remind myself of the importance of patience and allowing myself the space to grow. Life is a journey, and every challenge offers an opportunity for growth.

My coaching sessions are primarily conducted online, though I also offer in-person sessions, especially for groups and organizations.
