Communication Strategies and Campaigns

Having a sound communication strategy is the basis for all efficient communication work. What sounds simple, is unfortunately often forgotten or put at the bottom of the priority list. We help our clients design their own strategies, link them to their overall project goals or we train their staff on how to draft a strategy themselves.

Recent projects include:

  • A multi-annual communication strategy for the EU Delegation in Djibouti (2023 – 2024)
  • Development of a communication strategy and technical assistance for the EU project „«Msomo na Hazi» — Formation et insertion professionnelle en Union des Comores“, May/June 2022
  • Concept and implementation of a communications campaign concerning the results and future opportunities of four transnational Interreg programmes on behalf of the Regional Ministry of the Economy, Labour and Tourism of Baden-Württemberg (Germany) including events, videos, publications and a new website. Tender won in consortium with Kulturkonzepte
  • Concept and implementation of a communications campaign in the Overseas Territory of the EU „Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon“ (contract on behalf of Equinoccio/DG INTPA) including events, videos and publications
  • Concept for a communications campaign on anti-discrimination issues in Albania for the Council of Europe’s Office in Tirana (2017 – 2018)
  • The drafting of four communication strategies for projects managed by the EU Delegation in the Philippines in 2017 (contract on behalf of Equinoccio/DG INTPA)
  • The drafting and implementation of a new communication strategy for the Policy Forum on Development (2017 – 2020) (contract on behalf of GIZ)
  • Drafting and implementation of a communication strategy for the Horizon2020 project COHESIFY (2016 – 2018)
  • Development of a sustainable urban development strategy for the Diputación of Castellon, Spain
