Our CEO Dorothee Fischer has just obtained the title of certified Mindvalley Business Coach which means that we are going to expand our services in this area in addition to our communication portfolio. Business/organisational and communication strategies should be aligned in an ideal case, however, unfortunately in many institutions that we work with this is not always the case. So we hope to be able to offer a more holistic approach from now onwards, taking all these sides into consideration when developing tools and strategies for our clients.
We will also integrate new concepts into our work of supporting the Sustainable Development Goals around the world such as the Inner Development Goals as well as overall management and leadership issues. We also continue to take women’s empowerment very seriously in this respect: we have started providing career and business coaching to a group of female entrepreneurs and professionals interested in working in international relations…A niche that we will definitely dive deeper into in the months to come!
